Change TOR Preferences for Looting, Auto-Targeting
As soon as you begin your saga in Star Wars: The Old Republic, I highly recommend that you enable the following options:
- Auto-loot on Right-click: Does exactly what it says and saves you a ton of time. You’ll know if the mobs dropped something good based on the light beam that appears on their slain corpse.
- Enable Area Loot: This is just awesome. You don’t have to loot each and every mob after your fight is over. Just pick the mob that is illuminated and all their collective loot will belong to you.
- Auto Target Closest Enemy: This allows for more effective spamming of your general attacks. You are typically fighting more than one mob at a time in TOR, so this will switch targets automatically while you hack and slash/shoot.
